Quality Control

Next to sourcing the correct supplier for your product, having the best QC policy is part of our mission. Our QC system can not be beat. We at A.I.C. do a one by one inspection.

Before production begins each customer is asked to list the key quality standards they requirer. Then a check list is made and used during the different parts of our production procedure.

Early Inspection. After production has begun we visit the factory to inspect the product to catch any potential problems at an early stage.

Final Inspection. Knowing the quality standards you requirer we do a one by one ( 100% ) inspection. This inspection is done in our own facility. Most factory's will not give you the time it takes to properly inspect your order one by one. We at A.I.C. make that time. Each order is then sent to our facility where we can take the proper time to inspect and pack your order. This is a service that you need.

Assembly Factory. This facility also acts as an assembly factory. When there are different components involved in your product that requirer assembly, we at A.I.C. want to personally oversee that part of your products production. As designers the owners know all to well that in most cases the last things you do to a product are the most critical.

At A.I.C., they realized long ago that having this facility was critical in maintaining the highest QC system available.
