Customer Consultations and Production.
From ready made products to reproducing your company's product we
at A.I.C. take the time to understand your requirements and channel
your goals in doing business in China. Every consultation and all
communication will be with an American who completely understands
your product requirements and the quality standards you need to
maintain.
Factory Evaluation.
Each supplier is evaluated by : documenting its' history; production
capacity; number of workers; their main customer base; what markets
they export to; the number of highly skilled technicians and if
it is necessary for the factory to have ISO certification.
Factory Inspection.
With our factory inspection we evaluate manufacturing equipment;
interview management and the factory owner, evaluate working condition,
confirm that there is no child labor, and review their quality control
systems.
Backup Production Facilities.
Factory's close their doors everyday due to different circumstance
beyond their control. A.I.C. makes sure there are backup factory's
in case of any problem that may arise.
Multiple Factory Coordination.
Many products require more than one factory. Bringing that team
of suppliers together is what we do best.
A.I.C. Owners as Designers.
The American owners of A.I.C. were originally designers. After living
and working in China for the past 12 years, as designers they can
understand your product better than any other sourcing company.
They know the old and new materials that could be used to substitute
your product if the originally material costs have risen too sharply.
